Mauritania’s Ambassador to Comoros Presents Credentials

On 24 February, in Moroni, Mr. Houssein Sidi Abdallah Deyih presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Union of Comoros, residing in the Arab Republic of Egypt to H.E. Mr. Azali Assoumani, the President of the Union of Comoros.

The presentation of credentials was an opportunity for H.E. the Ambassador to convey the greetings of H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, to his brother H.E. Mr. Azali Assoumani, and to express his desire to strengthen and develop relations of brotherhood and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

For his part, the President of the Union of Comoros conveyed his greetings to H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, congratulating him on the advent of the month of Ramadan and his successful year-long presidency of the African Union and his achievements on behalf of Africa.
