The Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Sid’Ahmed Ould Bouh, held bilateral talks in Kuwait on Tuesday with Mr. Badr Mohamed Saad, the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD).
