President of the Republic presides over the Meeting of the High Council of the Judiciary

The High Council of the Judiciary met on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, under the chairmanship of HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the High Council of the Judiciary.
During the meeting, His Excellency the President of the Republic gave instructions on the need to work to improve the performance of judicial facilities, calling on the judicial family to redouble reform efforts to ensure an efficient, independent and impartial judiciary that enshrines the rule of law and the spirit of equality and fairness.
The Council’s meeting covered all items on the agenda for discussion and study.
