President of Republic Visits King of Morocco

During the private visit of His Excellency, the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, to the Kingdom of Morocco, His Excellency paid a friendship visit on Friday to his brother, His Majesty King Mohamed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco, following the successful surgical intervention he underwent a few weeks ago, according to a statement from the Press Office of the Presidency of the Republic.

His Excellency expressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI his joy at his recovery and wished him health and well-being.

The meeting took place in a cordial atmosphere reflecting the depth and strength of the fraternal relations between the two peoples, the two brotherly countries, and their leaders, His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani and His Majesty King Mohamed VI. It was an opportunity to discuss ways to strengthen these relations through new projects promoting exchange and integration between the two countries.
