President of Republic Inaugurates Selibabi Hospital Center

On 26 November, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, inaugurated the Selibabi Hospital Center as part of the celebrations marking the 64th anniversary of the National Independence Day.

After cutting the symbolic ribbon and unveiling the commemorative plaque of this health structure, the President of the Republic visited the center and received technical explanations on the various services of the establishment, its reception and care capacity, and the nature of the equipment acquired for this important hospital.

The 150-bed hospital includes the following services: Emergency, medical analysis laboratory, medical imaging, 4 operating theatres, maternity, pediatrics, neonatology, tuberculosis unit, outpatient consultations, hospitalization, dental surgery, administration, laundry, and kitchen.

The total cost of this health facility is 2 billion 282 million old ouguiyas, financed by the State budget.
