President of Republic Congratulates Argentinian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheilkh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Alberto Fernandez, President of the Republic of Argentina:
