Agriculture Minister and Food Sovereignty Receives Moroccan Ambassador

The meeting discussed several topics related to strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in the field of agriculture and food sovereignty, especially with regard to investment in agricultural diversification and facilitating the import and export of agricultural inputs and products.
The two sides also committed to exert the necessary efforts to exchange expertise and raise the capacities of technical staff in the agricultural sector.
During the meeting, the Moroccan diplomat presented an official invitation from the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forestry of the Kingdom of Morocco to the Minister to participate at the high-level ministerial conference on the establishment of the International Authority for the Sustainable Development of Oases to activate the ‘Sustainable Oases Initiative’, scheduled in Rabat, Morocco, on 28 October 2024.
