President of Republic, AU Chairman, Receives Moroccan Prime Minister

On 5 October, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic and Chairman of the African Union (AU), received Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, the Moroccan Prime Minister, on the sidelines of the 19th Summit of the  International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) in Paris.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the strong fraternal relations between the two countries, ways of developing them, and issues of common interest.

The Moroccan Prime Minister conveyed to His Excellency the President of the Republic the greetings of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco, and His Majesty’s desire to consolidate bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
