Mauritania, Brazil Sign Agreement To Promote Academic, Educational Cooperation

On 24 September, in Nouakchott, Mr. Yaghoub Ould Moine, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, signed with Mr. Ivaldo Freire,  the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil, a cooperation agreement under which Brazil offers Mauritanian students several opportunities in Brazilian universities.

The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the scientific research area, provide training for teachers and researchers, promote academic mobility, and exchange information and expertise in the field of higher education.
