President of Republic, AU Chairperson, Meets With African Commission Chairperson

On 21 September, in New York, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic and Chairperson of the African Union (AU), met with Mr. Moussa Faki Mahamat, the Chairperson of the African Commission.

The meeting focused on monitoring and evaluating the Commission’s performance in light of the Mauritanian presidency of the African Union to serve the development of African countries and the defense of their vital issues and interests.
