Gambian President Arrives in Nouakchott

On 31 July, His Excellency Mr. Adama Barrow, the President of the Republic of The Gambia, and his wife arrived in Nouakchott to attend the swearing-in ceremony of His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, President-elect, which will take place tomorrow, 1 August.

The Prime Minister, Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud, led the delegation welcoming the Gambian guest, including several members of the government, the Director of Cabinet of the Prime Minister, the Wali of Nouakchott-West, and the President of the Regional Council of the capital.
