President of United States of America Congratulates his Mauritanian Counterpart

On 27 July, The United States of America President, His Excellency Joe Biden sent a cable of congratulations to HE, the president of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
The message reads as follows :
