President of Republic Congratulates Zimbabwean Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. Emmerson Mnangagwa, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe:
