Inauguration of a Workshop to Share the National Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Persons

A workshop to share the National Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Persons 2024-2026 was Inaugurated Wednesday in Nouakchott.
The workshop was organized by the National Authority to Combat Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants in cooperation with the International Organization for Combating Migration.
It was also funded by the Project to Support and Develop Mauritanian Institutions to Combat Trafficking in Persons and Improve Access to Justice for Survivors.
The workshop aims to share the National Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Persons with relevant actors from ministerial sectors, national institutions working in the field, civil society organizations and international partners in order to dedicate efforts to contribute to the implementation of an integrated plan over the next three years.
