President of Republic Returns to Nouakchott from Rwandan Capital, Kigali

The President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, returned Sunday evening to Nouakchott from the Rwandan capital Kigali, where he participated in the commemoration of the thirtieth anniversary of the 1994 genocide of the Tutsi people.
