Energy Minister Heads to Algeria

The Minister of Petroleum, Mines and Energy and Government Spokesman, Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, left Nouakchott last night, heading to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to participate in the seventh summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum scheduled to be held from February 29 to March 02, 2024.

The Minister was accompanied by an important delegation from his sector, which includes:

Mustapha Ould Bechir, Advisor in charge of Crude Hydrocarbons;

Ahmed Vall Ould Mohameden, Adviser in charge of Cooperation and Communication;

Shamsuddin Sow Deyna, General Manager of Petroleum and Low-Carbon Hydrogen.
