Minister of National Defense Receives Commander of Spain’s Operations Command

On 27 February, in Nouakchott, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, the Minister of National Defense, received Major General Francisco Braco Carbo, the Commander of the Spanish Operations Command.
