President of the Republic Arrives in Tindouf

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould El Cheikh Ghazouani, arrived on Thursday at Tindouf Airport (Algeria), where he was received by His Excellency the President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

An official reception ceremony was held, an honor guard was paraded and the national anthems were played.

During the field working visit, His Excellency the President of the Republic, accompanied by his brother, His Excellency Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, will supervise the inauguration of two border crossings and signal the launch of the road project linking Tindouf and the city of Zouerate, in addition to laying the foundation stone for the free zone project.
