Ministry of Foreign Affairs Organizes Seminar on Women in Mauritanian Diplomacy

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad organized Monday, at the Diplomatic Academy in Nouakchott, a seminar under the title: Women in the Mauritanian diplomacy.

This event occurs in the framework of the international celebrations commemorating Women’s International Day, which falls on the 8th of March of each year. It is organized under the auspices of the First Lady, Mme Mariem Mint Vadel Ould Dah.

In a speech on the occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismael Ould Cheikh Ahmed, highlighted the significant role played by the Mauritanian women working in diplomatic missions in giving a positive image of our country abroad.
