Prime Minister Inaugurates Wind Power Plant in Boulenouar

On behalf of the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud, inaugurated on Tuesday a wind power plant in Boulenouar, Dakhlet Nouadhibou.

The construction of this 100 MW wind power plant in Boulenouar aims to integrate renewable energies in order to diversify the energy mix.

This project will contribute to covering the country’s needs for electrical energy, reducing the cost of electricity production, ensuring citizens’ access to electricity services, and raising their quality according to the objectives set by the government in the field of energy.
