President of Republic Congratulates Egyptian Counterpart on Re-election

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the Egyptian President, H.E. Mr.  Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on the occasion of his re-election to a new term.

The cable reads as follows:

“Your Excellency the President of the Republic and my dear brother Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, I am pleased to extend to you my sincere congratulations and sincere feelings on the occasion of your re-election as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt for a new term, wishing Your Excellency success and the brotherly Egyptian people further prosperity and development.

You, undoubtedly, will continue, with your re-election, a distinguished journey of development and construction in the service of your country and people.

It is also an occasion to emphasize the importance of developing the brotherly relations between Mauritania and Egypt to advance the partnership and bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries towards broader and more comprehensive horizons for the benefit of their peoples and the common interest.

Please accept, Mr. President and dear brother, the assurances of my highest consideration.
