President of Republic Inaugurates Expansion of Mauritania Dates Company’s Factory

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, inaugurated on Sunday evening in the city of Atar the expansion of the dates factory, belonging to the Mauritania Dates company, as part of the celebrations commemorating the 63rd anniversary of the National Independence Day.

The inauguration of this facility after the expansion of the date preservation and canning unit will enable the company to double the production capacity from 500 tons to 1,000 tons.
