Transport Minister Holds a Working Session with His Egyptian Counterpart

On Tuesday evening, the Minister of Equipment and Transport, Mr. Mohamed Ali Ould Sidi Mohamed, held, on the sidelines of the meetings of the Council of Arab Ministers of Transport, a working session with the Egyptian Minister of Transport, Lieutenant General Kamel Al-Wazir, devoted to discussing possible ways of cooperation in the field of various modes of transport.

In this context, they also discussed the steps taken with regard to the “Tramway” project, which is currently under negotiations between the Ministry of Equipment and Transport and the Arab Contractors Company, related to the completion of a project, ways of cooperation in the field of railways, road construction, and cooperation in the field of ports.

The Minister also met with a technical team from the Arab Contractors Company, and was briefed on the measures taken by the company so far in order to complete the project.
