President of Republic Congratulates Ukrainian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Wednesday the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky, president of the Republic of Ukraine, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
