Minister of Higher Education Returns to Nouakchott

The Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Information, and Communication Technologies, Government Spokesperson, Mr. Sidi Ould Salem, returned today, Saturday, to Nouakchott coming from the Spanish capital, Madrid.

During his stay in Madrid, the minister held discussions with the Secretary of the Spanish state for international cooperation, Ángeles Moreno Bau, focused on boosting cooperation between the two countries in the field of education, culture, and science.
