Minister of Environment Receives EU Head of Delegation

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Mme Mariem Bekaye, received Thursday the Ambassador, Head of EU delegation in Mauritania, His Excellency Mr. Giacomo Durazzo.

During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to boost cooperation, particularly in the field of environment to ensure a sustainable development.

The meeting also discussed the European fund for development in its new version and ways for our country to take advantage of it, particularly in the field of environment protection.
