Minister of Environment Receives Manager of French Development Agency in Mauritania

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Mme Mariem Bakaye, received Thursday the manager of the French Development Agency in Mauritania, Mme Bénédicte Brusset.

Both parties discussed the possibilities of launching projects related to the activities of the National Agency of the Great Green Wall, particularly by launching investments for the benefit of local communities to improve their living conditions.

The meeting took place in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Ould Zein, legal adviser at the ministry of environment and sustainable development, Mr. Hussein Mohamed Legraa, manager of the National Agency of the Great Green Wall, and pierre Yves Bertrand, adviser of cooperation and cultural action at the French embassy in Mauritania.
