On 15 February, in Nouakchott, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, the Minister of National Defense, received a Spanish military delegation led by General Garcia Vaquero, an adviser to the Spanish General Secretariat for Defense Policy and Diplomacy participating in the work of the 22nd meeting of the Mauritanian-Spanish Joint Military Commission.
