President of Republic Congratulates Sri Lankan Counterpart on National Day

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
