Malta: Digital Transformation Minister Takes Part in Digital Diplomacy, Governance Summit

Mr. Moctar Ahmed El Yedaly, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Modernization of the Administration, has been taking part, since 18 November, in the work of the Summit on Digital Diplomacy and Governance. The summit is organized in Malta by the Swiss-Maltese foundation Diplo.
The opening ceremony of the summit was marked by the active participation of the Minister alongside Mr Ignazio Cassis, the President of the Swiss Confederation, and Ms. Olga Algayerova, the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, the UN Secretary General’s special envoy for new technologies.
The Digital Diplomacy and Governance Summit looks at the future of diplomacy by thinking about the use of technology in and for diplomacy.
