Minister of Higher Education Leaves Nouakchott for Cairo

On 24 October, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould Abbey Ould Cheikh El Hadrami, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, left Nouakchott for Cairo to take part in the ministerial conference to be held on 26 October on the sidelines of the 2nd session of the International Francophonie Week, the work of which will take place in Cairo, from 25 to 29 October.
