President of Republic Congratulates Singapore President

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Monday the following telegram of congratulations to Her Excellency Mrs. Halimah Yacob, President of the Republic of Singapore:
