President of Republic Congratulates Bolivian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Luis Arce, President of Republic of Bolivia:
