President of Republic Congratulates Norway’s King

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheilkh El Ghazouani, sent Monday the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty Harald V, King of Norway, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
