Republic President Inaugurates Phase One of Nouakchott Emergency Development Program, Launches Phase Two

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, presided today, Thursday, from the southern region of Nouakchott, over the inauguration ceremony for the first phase of the Emergency Program for the Development of Nouakchott and the launch of work on its second phase.

During the ceremony, His Excellency the President watched a presentation highlighting the most significant achievements of the first phase of the Emergency Program for the Development of Nouakchott and the key priorities of its second phase, emphasizing the program’s role in enhancing the capital’s residents’ access to basic services, upgrading public facilities, and developing the city’s infrastructure.
