Foreign Affairs Minister Meets With Chargé d’Affaires of U.S. Embassy

On May 21 in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, met with Ms. Corinna R. Sanders, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Mauritania.

The discussions focused on bilateral relations and ways to strengthen and develop them in the service of shared interests. The two sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
