The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, held talks on Tuesday with His Excellency the French President, Mr. Emmanuel Macron, on the sidelines of the ‘Africa First’ summit being held in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
