The President of the Republic presides over an Iftar ceremony in honor of representatives of the “Taazour” community

The President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, chaired, on Thursday evening, at the headquarters of the General Delegation for National Solidarity and Combating Exclusion (Taazour) in Nouakchott, an Iftar ceremony organized in honor of 100 people representing the “Taazour” community, who came from different provinces of the country.

The meeting was an occasion during which HE the President of the Republic was briefed on the level of families benefiting from programs and interventions aimed at improving their living conditions, enabling them to overcome fragility and integrate into the economic and social cycle, as well as listening to the demands and future aspirations of their representatives.

The organization of this Iftar, which was attended by the First Lady, Dr. Marieme Mohamed Fadel Dah, comes within the framework of the special attention given by His Excellency the President of the Republic to the vulnerable groups, and his continuous keenness to improve their living, educational and health conditions, whether through the programs implemented by the General Delegation for National Solidarity and Combating Exclusion (Taazour), or through development projects implemented by government sectors throughout the country.
