The Prime Minister Meets with the National Fishing Federation to Discuss Sector Development

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Djay, met Monday, at the Prime Minister’s office with the National Fishing Federation.

The Prime Minister explained that the meeting comes within the framework of following up on the instructions issued by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, following his meeting with the General Union of Employers, where he directed special attention to follow up on the issues raised by the private sector and to listen to their views on ways to develop it.

In his speech, the Prime Minister highlighted the major problems that constitute fundamental obstacles to the desired development of the sector, emphasizing that the state will continue to do everything necessary regarding the construction of maritime and port infrastructure and the provision of the required energy and electricity.
