Minister of Foreign Affairs receives Iranian ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received His Excellency Mr. Javad Abu Ali Akbar, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Mauritania, at his office in Nouakchott on Wednesday.
The meeting addressed cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries, ways to strengthen and develop them, and issues of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador and the Director General of the Ministry’s Horizontal Support Directorate.
