President of Republic Arrives in Maghama

On 9 February, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, arrived in Maghama, the second stop on his fact-finding and working visit to the wilaya of Gorgol.

The President of the Republic was welcomed at the entrance to the town by Mr. Mohamed El Mokhtar Ould Abdi, Wali of Gorgol, Colonel Amar Ahmed Hanenna,  Commander of the Seventh Military Region, Mr. El Mokhtar Ahmed Baba,  Hakem of the moughataa of Maghama, Mr. Abdelkader Kane,  Mayor of the Municipality of Maghama, and Messrs. Hachem Ould Samouri and Mr. Moussa El Hadj Barry, MPs of the moughataa.

During this stage of his visit, the President of the Republic will learn about the situation of citizens in the moughataa and listen to the Complaints and aspirations of the inhabitants.
