The Indian Embassy in Mauritania held a reception, Monday, in Nouakchott, on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of India.
The government was represented at this event by Mr. Daman Ould Hemar, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, representing the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad; Ms. Lemina mint El-Ghotob Ould Mema, a special assistant at the Presidency of the Republic; Mr. Al-Hassan Mahamoudou Al-Hussein, a special assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad; and Mr. Mohamed Al-Hanshi El-Ketab, Ambassador and Director General of the Directorate of Bilateral Cooperation in the same ministry.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Indian Ambassador, Mr. Neeraj Agrawal, welcomed the delegation representing the Mauritanian government at the event, emphasizing the importance India places on its relations with Mauritania and its commitment to developing relations between the two friendly countries.
