Minister of Culture oversees the Launch of the Third Cultural Evening of the Madain Heritage Festival

Ouadane, 22 December 2025 (MNA) –  the Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication, and Relations with Parliament, the Government Spokesperson, Mr. El-Houssein Ould Medou, accompanied yesterday in the city of Ouadane by the Governor of Adrar, Mr. Abdallah Ould Mohamed Mahmoud, the launch of the third cultural and artistic evening, organized as part of the events of the 14th edition of the Heritage Cities Festival.
