Minister of Economic Affairs Leaves for Paris To Attend OECD Meeting

On 3 December, Mr. Abdallahi Souleymane Cheikh Sidiya, Minister of Economic Affairs and Development, left Nouakchott for the French capital, Paris, to attend a high-level meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) focused on Mauritania.

The OECD is one of the most influential intergovernmental organizations in developing market-based economic policies. It aims to promote growth, develop business environments, and facilitate global trade between member states and partners.

This organization provides an advanced platform for sharing experiences and successful public policies, developing innovative solutions to economic challenges, establishing standards and best practices, and supporting the coordination of economic policies at the national and international levels.
