Constitutional Council President Leaves for Madrid

The President of the Constitutional Council, Mr. Diallo Mamadou Bathia, left Nouakchott on Sunday evening for Spain to participate in the proceedings of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice, which begins tomorrow, Tuesday, in Madrid.

The President of the Constitutional Council is accompanied on this trip by Mr. Eli Robe Sidi Baba, who is in charge of administrative affairs and external relations for the Council.
