President of Republic Leaves for Rosso

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, left Nouakchott on Thursday morning for the city of Rosso, the capital of Trarza Wilaya, to oversee the launch of the national vegetable cultivation campaign for the 2025–2026 season and the laying of the foundation stone for the Socam Canal.

The President of the Republic is accompanied by a large delegation, including:

– Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic
– Mr. Sid’Ahmed Ould Bouh, Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty
– Mr. Ahmed Ould Bahiya, Chargé de Mission at the Presidency of the Republic
– Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Mohamed Fadel, Chargé de Mission at the Presidency of the Republic
– Mr. Hassen Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol
