Mauritania is participating in the Third Meeting of Arab Ministers of Water and Agriculture

Mauritania participated yesterday, Wednesday in Cairo, on the sidelines of the 8th Cairo Water Week, in the third meeting of Arab water and agriculture ministers.
Our country was represented by a delegation led by the Ambassador of Mauritania to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States, H.E. Houssein Sidi Abdallah Deh, representing the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty.
In his speech, the ambassador emphasized that this meeting is an opportunity to strengthen Arab cooperation in the field of water and sustainable development, and to improve coordination in the area of water governance and management in order to maximize its use in agriculture
