Ambassador of Mauritania Presents his Credentials in Somalia

On Tuesday, at the Presidential Palace in Mogadishu, His Excellency El Houcine Sidi Abdallah Eldih officially presented his credentials to His Excellency Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Ambassador Eldih now serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Somalia, while residing in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
During the credential ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed warm greetings from His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. He reaffirmed Mauritania’s commitment to strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between the two nations.
For his part, the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Ambassador to his brother, His Excellency the President, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, and his commitment to strengthening the cooperative relations between the two brotherly countries.
