Foreign Affairs Minister Meets With Ambassador of Palestine

On 31 July, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Al-Assad, the Ambassador of the brotherly State of Palestine to Mauritania.

The meeting examined various issues relating to cooperation between the two countries and prospects for strengthening and developing it in the interests of the two brotherly people.

The two sides exchanged views on issues of common interest, particularly the cause of the Palestinian people and their suffering due to the brutal occupation by the Zionist occupying entity.
