President of the Republic congratulates the President of the Republic of Benin

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory message today, Wednesday, to His Excellency Mr. Patrice Talon, President of the Republic of Benin:
